Jeffrey and I took Carlee to have her heart mumur checked on Monday. We had to go to Baptist for an EKG and chest xrays. She was so good for the xrays. They were able to get good shots on the first try because she was so still. For the EKG, they hooked her all up. She never moved. The picture looks worse than it really was. We took a CD of the xrays, and they printed off her EKG results. We took both these to Dr. Sotomora's office. There the nurse weighed her. She was up to 12lbs 9 ozs. She also took her blood pressure. I have never seen a cuff so small! The doctor read her results and came in to visit with us. He listened to her and finally heard her murmur. It is hard to hear because it is so small. He said from the tests, he felt like it was getting smaller. He said both tests showed normal results. He told us that he would repeat an ECHO when she was a year old. At that time he felt like the murmur would be gone. We are so thankful that everything is looking great and she got a good report!!

Weekend Fun
This weekend I took Halle and her friend, Maddi to see High School Musical 3. It was really good. I even enjoyed it and might have shed a tear or two. Sydney got to got to town with her Nana and bought a few toys at Target. The babies spent time with PaPa while Jeffrey hunted. The girls and I played Uno one night. Sydney really impressed me with how well she played. I discovered that that is a good way to teach her numbers. Sunday we went to church, and the babies looked so cute in their leopard print.
Homecoming 2008
Homecoming was this past Friday. We played the Foreman Gators and won big. The score was 64-16. The pep rally was gorgeous and all the girls looked very pretty. The babies did great during the ceremony. Mom stayed with them that night. Carlee decided she would start rolling over while we were at the game. Both of them are rolling over several times a day now. It will not be long, and they will be rolling across the room. Again sorry about the pictures...
Halloween 2008
For Halloween this year, Halle was Gabriella from High School Musical. Sydney was a little devil, and the twins wore little outfits that said baby's first boo. Halle picked her own costume out this year. Gabriella is her favorite in the movie. Jeffrey, mom and I all looked at a Halloween costume book at seperate times, and we all picked out the same costume for Syd. Poor thing.... She is the devil though! :) The babies just wore what was comfortable. We all had a good time trick or treating and went to most of the family. Then we made a circle in town and ended up at a trunk or treat at the Methodist church. The girls had fun and got to eat at the church. It wasn't too cold so the twins enjoyed a nice stroll around town. Jeffrey unfortunately had the stomach virus that night so he missed out on all the excitement. If you ask me, he picked a good night to be sick!!! It is hard work trick or treating!! It is also precious memories that we will never forget.
Red Ribbon Week
The week of Ocotober 27th was Red Ribbon Week. Monday was Go Green-Clean up the Environment-Stay Away From Drugs Day. The kids were asked to wear green. Tuesday was Open Season on Drugs! They were to wear anything hunting related. Wednesday was Red Day. Thursday was Say Boo to Drugs/Halloween Day. Friday was Team Up Against Drugs! Everyone was to wear Outlaw colors. It was another fun week of playing dress up. Sorry about the pictures being rotated...I'm not sure how to turn them.
