5 Months

Carlee and Kalee are now 5 months. They are both weighing about 13 pounds. They love sitting up in their little chairs. However, they get tired of it after about 15 minutes. Halle and Syd love for them to come in the toy room and sit with them. Carlee and Kalee like this as well surrounded by all the toys and cartoons. They are starting to grap and pull things as well including hair. :)

They still sleep together. Both are sleeping well. We put them down around 10:30 and just this past week, they started waking up around 7. I love looking at them when they are sleeping. Normally they are in the exact same position.

They are eating about 7 ozs every 4 hours and are wearing size 2 diapers. They are in 3-6 month clothes.

Both are trying really hard to suck their thumbs. Their mother, the hygienist, is not having it. Every time the thumb goes in, out it comes with a pacifier in its place! I always tell my patients that you can take a pacifier away but you can not take their thumb away!

Carlee and Kalee have tried to eat rice cereal but neither are liking it very much. We will keep trying for I'm sure they will get the hang of it soon enough.

So far no sickness to report, which we are extremely blessed and praise God. They going in the next few days for their 3rd RSV vaccine. We will go the middle of the month for their 6 month check up. Needless to say, the doctors office knows us on a first name basis!

Never a dull moment at the Mounts' house......
